It is fascinating to me how often the comment is made (and not just by Dr. Summers) that trillions of dollars were erased or lost from global wealth and/or the stock market and the housing market. Was that wealth really erased or was it just a bubble filled with the hot air of unrealistic and greedy speculations of far too many people? I have just one comment.
