I believe Ohioans will see through the lies and deceptive advertisements of the payday lending industry. Voters aren’t buying the argument that we need predatory lending or that 391% APR equates to “financial freedom.” It certainly does not - it’s a trap! I’ll be voting yes on issue 5 tomorrow to lower interest rates on payday loans from 391% APR to 28% APR! Vote yes on issue 5!
